By Hellenic I assume you are referring to the method of seat stays attached to the top tube? I remember when I first got into club cycling in 69, and before I became a frame builder at Bob Jackson's and later Woodrup, there was a couple of clubmates in the Featherstone road club who had frames with seat stays like that, and they were badged JT RODGERS.
JT RODGERS had a shop in Featherstone and in Seacroft [Leeds] but I have no idea if they were built on site or if they had them made elswhere? [maybe Norris would know?]
I made a 'low pro 753' with the same stays whilst I was at Woodrup's, looked very nice if a little different! and of course we all know GT revived the style many years later.
