It was interesting to see another PR-10. I have had mine for about 25 years
. It was not as pristine as the one in the previous digest so I paintede it
in the early 80's I used '77 Volkswagen Mars Red to match my Chopper. The
paint is still fairly shiny but show the age with chips and scrapes of use.
I am sadly selling it at this time. I have finally admitted I am not going
to grow any more at age 59. The bike at 59cm is 3cm above my preferred siz
e. I long ago replaced the carbon fork with a Cinelli style Tnage fork. I a
m looking for the original fork. I may have given it away in a rare moment
of not saving everything. the carbon steel fork is easily replaced with a U
O-8 carbon steel fork if an accurate PR-10 is desired. A better alternative
is to find a Reynolds
fork. Add a Reynolds fork and voila; you have a PX-10 without partial chro
me stays. I wish I did not have to sell, but another project beckons.Curren

0 w/o fork and subtract $25 if you are a CR list member replying to this po
sting and buy direct. For the smaller rider I also have a Mercier w/o for
k in a 21" size for $50If you need an orphan drive side Campy Record arm in
170($20 a bit used looking)or 175($25 better looking) I also have some oth
er drive side orphans; Nervar,Sugino mighty, Gipiemme.I also have 2 close b
ut no cigar SR cranksets. The 170 drives interchanges with Stronglight 99(8
6BCD)and the off-side arms are 171. Who looks at both sides at the same sid
e anyway. I also can't seem to tell the difference between 170 and 171 when
I ride. I have some more parts that may need homes I am making the
archaelogical dig soon. I even found a "new" pair of 27" Specialized" aggr
essive off-road style tires. Thank you, John Strizek in Sacramento Califo
