The technical term for that hubset is mishmash. The flat QRs are old, of course, but the Record script logo sans globe et avec S-U is from the very tail end of SR production. They are scarce but not much sought af ter. The flat dust covers (a la Victory) and cylindrical locknuts (a la C-Record) are the tipoff that it's very late production. I think the glo be was deleted to make room for the SU marking. I think (speculate) th at the SU is a warning that the hubgutz ('nuther technical word) are diff erent, perhaps having the 3/16" tinyballs like early C-Rec, or at lea st shallower profile cones to make space for the deeper locknuts.
If anyone has a nice pair in 28-hole let me know!

These appear to be small flange Campagnolo Record, "no-Record" hubs from the 1960s, but look closely at the front. There's no world and rays aroun d the cursive Campagnolo logo, but there appears instead to be below it a two
letter code of some sort. What is this ... anyone?
