My two favorite cranks are the Campy NR with Willow tripleizer and the Sugino Mighty Tour. I like a 48-49 big wheel, 44 middle, and 36 smallwheel. I use only Dura ace 6 spd blocks in 14-24. I use Campy NR derailures. I have about 12-13 small spaced gears to use depending on how I feel that day. My Trek 620 tourer of course uses much lower gears.With SunTour Cyclones.
