I helped someone at BF buy an extremely large ( 72CM) Gazelle which had a similar build. http://www.jim.bike123.com/Pg1G.html The bike was built for the owner of a Dutch shop after a Gazelle bigwig asked why the owner was riding a japanese bike. The resulting frame was reportedly delivered to the shop in something like 3 weeks.

The frame is based on an old Dutch ( or English, not sure) Cross frame more of which can be read here: http://www.rijwiel.net/kruisfre.htm
