Subject: [CR] Raleigh Racing USA?

I'm hoping one of you fellow Raleigh fans can help me further identify a frameset I purchased at Salvation Army a few yrs ago. The subject line is what I believe it to be but I need more info like possible year so I can refit with period-correct. The serial# cannot be found or is no longer legible.

The steerer is marked Reynolds Butted 16/13 and crown is integral-sloping same as pic of black and red bike on Retro-Raleigh site. The frame has full complement of braze-ons, under BB guide, allen-nut caliper fasteners, widow's peak seat tube, 3/4 'wrap-round s-stays, no dimpling of c-stays or chrome-plating and Campy DOs. Only 2 decals remain at bottom of seat tube; one says Made in England on Union Jack backgrnd and the other Raleigh Cycle Corp of America (ditto plastic headbadge). The paint is two-tone yellow and red with black-band separators between colors.

What year would this likely be and would that place its manufacture at Worksop or Ilkston? Apologies in advance if this bike turn's out to be OT.
