I recently acquired an E A Boult (early Witcomb) road frame, believed to be late 1940s. The lugs are rather unusual and appear to have been modified (not added to) by the builder and would have required a lot more material than would be available on standard Nervex lugs for instance. Does anyone know what lugs they are please. The frame had on it a pair of modern flat steel bars, on which are what I think were the original brake levers, which someone has suggested are Bartalli.
