That page Steve posted isn't what you see just when you search for bidder "monsieur_bidon". However, when you do, you get a page with a "me" link in blue and red. Just click that link and you'll get the page Steve M posted with a link to monsieur_bidon's website. It looks like every eBayer can set up an "about me" page, but they don't all do that.
