With all this talk about Huffy track bikes, I stumbled across a photo in the July 87 Bicycle Guide which shows two 7-Eleven riders on what appear to be Serotta built MURRAY track bikes painted all red except for the white Murray lettering on the DT. There is one bike that Huffy did make for the 7-Eleven team and that was the 87,88 time trial bike. It was done by Mike Melton at the Huffy design center using aluminum aero tubes. Not to confuse the issue, Serotta also made a few TT bikes as well for the team. The Huffy built bike seems to be the one you see in much greater quantities. Jerry Jeter, Wildwood, MO
