Stronglight 105 Inner + 93 Outer on 93 Crank I should say that my triple is something likea 42/45/52. There is never a problem with shifting up to the big rings, but when shifting down the chain is mainly going sideways (not much of a 'drop' in a 5T downshift) which might be increasing the chances of a jammed chain.
