The head tube decal shown in your link looks like a young Ray Dobbins!
Incidently, the decals (both the downtube and rhomboid Merckx decals) on the phony "Merckx Molteni De Rosa" currently on eBay are also after-market products of more recent vintage.
The De Rosa bike now on eBay has nothing to do with Merckx bikes, save the color. The long point lugs, the heart-shaped cutout on the BB, the the De Rosa stamping on the seat-stay caps, the heart shaped cutouts on the chain-ring, the pantographed stem, and , above all the semi-sloping chromed fork crown are not features of Merck bikes-neither Molteni Team bikes or even decent replicas. It's an orange 1970's De Rosa with after-market Merckx decals.
