Come to think of it - just head to the copper plumbing section of Home Depot, Orchards, etc.

You'll find cold spray bottles there you can use to chill the hub...

Use a propane torch a foot a way to warm up the freewheel without damaging it...

...but I still favor Charle's patient approach...
