I never heard about Chris Jeucken until Peter's post. Nice bike, in not all that great condition. And a funny hole in the seattube, just under the seatlug. A little googling brought this: apparently Chris Jeucken had a bikeshop in Venray, which is in the south of the Netherlands. Hence the seattube decal 'CJV': Chris Jeucken Venray. At this time I think he is a mechanic working for the Dutch cycling federation. Venray is close to the Belgian border. So I'm guessing this could be a Belgian build frame, badged for the Jeucken shop. I dont think Jeucken was a framebuilder.
