Have I been asleep for a few months? Is it April already? What on earth is all this 'artistic bicycle ' malarky?

I quote ''It has a super shallow seat tube for an artistic bicycle, but geometries have changed over the years.

I don't think it's a cycle ball bike, as claimed by the blog, as on those the seatpost sits inside the top tube (and has for a long time).

It also may be a Polo or "Reigen" (same sex couple formation riding) specific frame.

None of the parts are original.

''Reigen'' EHH? Someone please explain. I thought artistic bicycles were those with over fancy lugwork with Cabochons etc.,

Mark Stevens bewildered in Evanton Scotland wishing it was April, but no I musnt wish my life away. Its just that the weather is foul and its dark by 6.00. Is someone going to tell me there was a thread on this back in 1973?
