I agree with Dale this bike has been extensively modified .Most of my customers were Schwinn 500 and 1000 club members and never did I see anything like this. Does that rack point to anyone? Not sure Schwinn would have even considered building this even for a top customer plus it would have been way off from their 1973 mindset for a touring bike
