Hi Guys 'n Gals, photos of this fine bike up on flickr the noo. Here http://www.flickr.com/photos/makfreak/sets/72157622553344417/ I must dig it out of the store and do some angle, bracker height and wheelbase measurements. It has a few warts which are mostly highlighted by the handy flickr 'notes' facility. I dont know whether it was ordered as a grass racer. I wish I had a copy of the 1935 CB catalogue so that I can compare angles etc with the spec. It would shed some light on these rare pre war track bikes. It doesnt have mudguard eyes so is not a road/path or road/track.
The bike doesnt belong to me. It still belongs to the family, Angie's Grandaughter. I had it in for conservation and built it up with bits I had bought from her a year or so earlier so some of the bits - the chainset, pedals, seatpost and saddle are likely off it or were used on it over the years. I have a mind that it should go in Dingwall museum.
