Happy Halloween CL cyclists
We are just a few short weeks away from cold temps.. here in the
Northeast,,, albeit " cold" is a relative term of tolerance.. with
that being said.. I still love to ride in the Winter months: less
people on the roads = more quiet ride = stay on the bike longer = cold
extremities ; Solution for the head: Woolie Woolie made by my
creatively crafty wife.. After having witnessed me coming back at 2am
with red ears and a earache .. she designed this Woolie Woolie hat as
I call it..all in all it keeps my ears and head toasty warm and
because of the density, eliminates some outside noise too..

Now she is armed with a sewing machine and has begun her venture into wool cycling pants and shirts.. will keep you posted.. funds raised by the sale of her hats will in part be donated to families of her native Phillipines..and family members who have really been suffering from the devastation inflicted upon them by all the Typhoons.. any support will be greatly appreciated..
