Subject: [CR] wtb: 54cm frame or bike with fender/rack eyelets.

I'm looking for a 54cm frame with fender eyelets for a friend. Needs to have atleast fender eyelets, rear rack eyelets would be nice too.

53-54 cm ctc on the seat tube and around the same on the top tube is what works.

please anyone let me know if you have something like this. We'd consider complete bikes too.
