Are both the bearings the same? Have they been replaced? KOYO are Japanese bearings

Looks like it has been modified. Low side spoke holes don't seem real uniform in their placement, may just be worn, though.

The high flange slots, and axle spacer for the freewheel side look much like an early (70-72) Sunshine hub I have.

I'm guessing Japanese?
