The 74 Pro that passed through here had AVA blue labeled tubulars, just as Dale cited. Most likely 36 holes. The wheels were sold to listmember Marcus Helman, who I'm pretty sure took them apart to use the hubs & spokes elsewhere. Hence, Marcus may (or may not) have these perfectly correct rims available for you. I've CC'd this to Marcus, so I'm sure he'll email if willing.

I have a 1974 Raleigh Professional (S/N WK4005953). Does anyone know what kind of rims originally came with this bicycle? It is nearly 100% original and I'd like it to be complete.?

No question in my mind! AVA tubular. (might not be too easy to find tho') ?
