Hi, Kevin, I didn't realize you are (it sounds like) part of Woodrups. I use 700c 21 mm or 23 mm tubulars, usually with a radius of 33.7 cm to 34 cm. If the BB drop is 6.5 cm the BB height should be 27.5 cm max, and with the current 21 mm tires I measured 27.3 cm. Clearly it would be taller for bigger 27 inch wheels or bigger 700c tires.

But (do I understand correctly?) you are saying that Woodrup designed these frames this way for the US market before distributing through TSD? That's new information for me, thank you.

I do believe mine is pre TSD, since the S/N is 4514, and I thought the TSD bikes had 5 digit numbers.
