Step by step instructions of "How to Soften a Brooks Saddle" - taken = from a British cycling club magazine.

1. Take saddle and a large stone. 2. Place both saddle and stone in a large saucepan. 3. Fill with water. 4. Bring to boil. 5. Simmer for 6 hours. 6. Pour water away. 7. Throw saddle away. 8. Drill hole in stone and fix to seatpost.
