Kurt,
Your picasaweb link isn't working...
Last year I bought what was billed as a first generation "almost NOS" Campy Chorus headset on eBay. It was in a Campy Chorus box in the original plastic package.
When I received it, the headset turned out to be an old Specialized headset that looked much like the Campy G.S, Victory, Triomphe and Pista models discussed in this thread. The embarrassed seller amicably made a significant price adjustment and I kept the item.
A supposedly Campy headset recently sold on eBay that looked like a Specialized headset with a Campy lock nut. These should be easy to tell apart as they are usually stamped with the brand name inside the adjustable cups.
Also, speeking of prices, a Campy Triomphe??? headset sold for $81.00 300328115117
and, a Specialized headset sold for $103.50 150357784610

After getting out an old [Gran} Sport HS, photographing it and comparing it to the Ebay auction photos, I'm now doubtful the offered HS is even Campagnolo made aside from the locknut. Look here at mine:

All the pieces shown in the illustration in the enclosed mounting/assembly instruction as being engraved except upper bearing cone 688/A are engraved with identification on mine as well.
