I'm not connected to the seller. This looks like a rather nice Rene Herse, selling on Australian ebay 260458677800. The description says that the original owners address is on the stem cap, and that the address was the same street that the Herse shop was on. What's particularly appealing to my mind is that this is clearly a rider.
