Subject: [CR] Questions about a spoke id & Campy alloy freewheel

I would appreciate any help you can give me with these two issues:

1- I acquired a wheel built with a Campagnolo 50th anniversary hub and the spokes laced to it have a large letter "S" on the heads. They appear to be stainless steel, straight 15 gauge. Can anyone tell me what company made these spokes? The only name I can think of is Sapim, but I do not know if they were in business back in 1983.

2- This same wheel has a Campagnolo alloy 6-speed freewheel on it I that want to remove. Both of my two-prong tools (Suntour, Bicycle Research) have a larger diameter, are too big and won't fit it. Does anyone know which tool will fit it and where I can find one?

Thank you in advance for your help.
