One thing that says maybe respray to me are the 3 top tube cable guides. Those are generally found on frames with the later forks, and on Supers there are usually 2 of them rather than 3. Also, those guides generally appear later than the use of the shifter braze-ons, which your frame lacks - i.e. chronologically out of sequence from what I would expect. Notice I'm qualifying my statements because, well, it's a Colnago. I agree that the lugs look like non-Super (or Mexico) type, i.e. missing the little scalloped bit.

______________________________________________________________________________ "What made me wonder about the frame repair is that there doesn't appear to be any evidence of a respray. For instance in places where it has been scratched, or places you might expect overspray (steerer, inside ST, BB etc). Perhaps it was totally shot blasted before being refinished though.
