Another question - I noticed the 1983 Campy Super Record equipped "Golden Wind" on ebay has the brake cables routed modern aero-style under the handlebar tape and through the frame.  This appears to be factory original and not an after market add-on.  Is that really "period correct" for 1983, or is this actually a later model?  Any comments?
