I concur with that. These hubs are later than the decaled version. I have seen pictures of helicomatic versions of the decaled hubs, which would seem to indicate that the decaled versions continued until the early 1980s. Hugh Thornton Cheshire, England

If by "stenciled" logo Maillard 700 hubs you mean this style:

I'm reasonably certain these postdate the decal version and in fact they seem to have a different more "hourglass" profile to the hub bodies as well.
