Curious to know when Cinelli changed the specs of their stem hardware. Was it when they went from milano marked stems to newer Cinelli stamped ones?
I was trying to steal some older hardware from a newer cinelli 1a to replace missing hardware on a milano 1a. The hole for the expander bolt is much smaller diameter as is the clamp binder bolt hole and recessed portion.
