Yes, the blue boxes were made for pedal and brake. Hubs were always NR except for those elusive Ti axled SR and there were so few of those that I don't even recall the box color.

Whenever I see (empty) Campy boxes on eBay I recall a scene in the Houston warehouse in 1984 with the warehouse guys pulling components from boxes and placing them in plastic bags for shipment to Trek for use as OEM. It was a measure to prevent re-sell of components only. All of those new empty boxes were dumpstered. Who would've thought that 25 years later we'd kill for empty boxes.

Hi all, did Campagnolo ever make the following boxes,

CAMPAGNOLO SUPER RECORD BLUE BOXES. Campagnolo SR pedal box Campagnolo SR brakeset box. Campagnolo SR hub box small and or large flange.
