Hi all, first time poster here with a French velo-vocabulary question. I want to ask a Francophone eBay seller, en francais, how the tapers are on a set of old cranks; how do I do it? Sheldon's English-French bicycle dictionary doesn't have an entry for "taper". If you can give me a complete, semi-grammatical sentence to write to the seller with, that would be terrific as well as my high school French is quite rusty and I would prefer not to confuse him.
