Indeed they did. Cranks, hubs and pedals (anything else?). I've read in the archives of Red anodize (but have never seen an example) as well as the more common Blue and Gold. The BMX specific hubs were high flange versions of Nuovo Tipo with solid axles and nuts. Below is a set of Campagnolo BMX hubs that I sold a little while back.
