I just asked Dario if this might possibly be one of the frames he built while with Milani. He said this one would be 72/73, a couple of years before he got to Verona. We have one here at Gita that Dario still had records of building himself that he found on eBay 2 or 3 years ago.

Gino Milano was Dario Pegoretti's father-in-law. Pegoretti began learning his skills at the San Michele shop in Verona. BTW, not be be confused with Milani in Gallarate.
