Interesting... Anyone else have a Pollard in original form? The reason I am puzzled is that it seems odd that the down tube decals/transfers would feature a different font that the seat tube transfers!

Either way, it is a cool old bike!

Hello all,

I am, against my best interests, thinking about selling my 1959 W & E Pollard track frame and fork. It is beautiful, in its original paint from all that i can tell, and according to the previous owner. It is Reynolds 531 with nervex lugs and bottom bracket shell. Campagnolo dropouts, A very cool twin plate fork crown too!

Here are some pictures, though the pictures show a complete bike, This is just for the frame and fork. http://www.flickr.com/photos/42186714@N04/sets/72157623170632616/

it is a 61cm frame

I would like to get $800 for it, it is a quite rare frame, especially in the condition it is in. You can read more about Pollard here: http://www.classiclightweights.co.uk/builders/pollard.html

Feel free to ask any questions!

cheers,
