That is a very good observation Dale. I will look into that, now that you mention it, that seems suspect. It is also missing the Reynolds sticker from the seat tube, however the outline of where the sticker once was is clearly visible. So in my book the jury seems out. The head tube decal is very clean and looks, to me to be original. I would be interested to hear if anyone else has a Pollard frame as well!
