So I took Chuck H (from Pacific Coast Cycles') advice, and rode on down to his shop in Oceanside today. I got some NOS cups to fit the french threaded Mondia Special frame, but no luck on the crank spindle. This is for a double TA setup - with a 28/48 gearing.
From Mark B's TA documentation, the model axle I need is called 344. Length I'm told is in the 118 area.

It is also possible the stronglight models could be interchangeable (??) Did they use the same numbering .. having a model also called 344 ?
