I've done some research and found that it's possible to mount a simplex derailleur on a campy dropout by just threading the simplex screw from the back the the hanger into the derailleur. My question is that a campy dropout hole is much larger in diameter than a simplex. Will this pose a problem, or will the torque be enough to keep it in place? Should I use some sort of spacer or something? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
cheers.
