I have a 1968 or 1969 one, and I'd agree with what Peter has observed.

I'd be surprised if 1971 was a hard transition away from Nervex lugs. The PX-10 "scholars" I'm aware of have not noted that as a formal procedural change made by Peug, though I can't argue with what anyone has observed. The view seems to be that "configuration control" was a bit haphazard. Presumably some guy in the plant had the job of dumping more lugs into a bin that the frame builders used, and the frame builder put together a set from what was in his bin. If on Thursday he had Nervex, he built with Nervex. If on Tuesday he had Prugnat, ... well, I think we all follow.

It's pretty widely accepted that the S/Ns are not a sign of much of anything, but I'd be glad to add mine to the thread a little later on. It might be worth at least comparing them.
