Chris, thank you for sharing that interview with Tom, it was a great read. I too have been a long time fan of Tom's work. I rode a Ritchey road bike for years and really enjoyed it. That bike may still be still kicking around somewhere in CR world. Last I heard Dan Artley had it ? It was a large frame, lugged not lugless, and had fender eyelets and a 3 color paint job. In my shop is a VERY early Ritchey mountain bike from the first batch that Tom built.
One of the real innovators in the American bike world, Tom built bikes in his own unique style and they were a cut above.
