Makes sense in a way when considering that just because one company has a name doesn't mean that another company won't use the same as a model or designation and vice-versa.
My Tommasini has Campy Daytona from 2001....apparently someone somewhere else using "Daytona" as a brand name or model name took issue in a rather quiet way and "Daytona" became "Centaur".
