I agree Dale, This was the film that took me from a bike rider to a bike racer. I was enthralled with the race scenes and have been been I bike geek ever since. Ray Dawn Chong's wheel change alone it worth the price of admission! Another trivia bit from this film is that Jon Vandevelde played one of the "evil" Italian racers on the Cinzano team. Jon was hired as a "technical" adviser for the film. Jon was a great track racer in the day and competed both here in America and in Europe. His son is Christian Vandevelde on the Garmim pro tour team.
