"Somebody buy it"

Someone bought it for $$2,025.00! That's over the $1500 to $2000 sell price that was speculated in several posts.

I am always watching for these and have honestly only seen four or five in the past five years or so come up on E-bay. One was a root beer colored bike that I purchased myself. Another was one also offered for sale by Stefan that was lime green: http://www.speedbicycles.ch/showBike.php?enr=284 I hope listmember got it. The third was a beat up blue frameset. The fourth was an orange bike with the wrong parts on it that was too big for me. Seriously, they are damn rare!
> The early 2000 groups did not have a milled crank. By '76 the group included the milled crankset with the holes through the crank arms, that everyone has recently been complaining about, with "questionable material" and alloy with "voids" that broke and killed people, etc. etc. Zeus crankests have date codes with "a" "b" "c" etc. designating the date of manufacture.
> The early groups had the 2000 center pull brakes that are obviously made from the exact "same castings" as Campy center pull brakes. Also the "drilled" levers with built in quick releases are an obvious rip off of the Campy brake levers with built in quick releases. Also the titanium rear derailleur with slotted body and drilled cages is an obvious copy of Campy Super Record. And those drop outs, look just like Campagnolo 1020's. And the titanium pedal cages look just like Campy titanium pedal cages. And the alloy freewheel is an obvious rip off of the Campy alloy freewheel that came out in the early '70's. Sorry, I couldn't resist.
