The Yellow Peril bike certainly looks like a CINELLI with the older type of transfers ( Forgive me if that 50s transfer style is still current as I am not up to scratch on Cinellis).
However I would question whether it really is his bike as it appears to have too long a top-tube for him...notice how the handlebars are tipped upwards and backwards, rather like the style in the film American Flyers...and the brake levers are cocked up at a garrish angle.
Compare the way that bike is set up with the TVT that Lemond is riding in the other picture..the bars are far better set...in the best of Eddy Merckx fashion.
In 1990 I had the opportunity of having one of Lemond's spare AFR-Bottechia fluo yellow and purple TVTs. It was hanging on a peg in the TVT factory when I went over to place a new order for stock. However although the frame was quite a standard size in its seat tube..possibly 54 - 56 cms, it had an extraordinarily long top tube, thanks to a very shallow seat angle..about 71 I believe. M. Darrin the boss of TVT explained that it was a custom build to Lemond's chosen dimensions..this frame being for the long climbs in which he liked to 'push' the bike up the hills from a very rearward saddle position.
Perhaps Greg's not altogether elegant position owes something to him being a bit paunchy around the waist-line, making a sleeker line along the frame hard to achieve.
He looks good though...I'd ratther watch him than that other more recent fellow who did quite well in the tour..Now what's his name..
