Brettissimo, I just measured and came up with 1mm. dead on for Cinelli #14's. The very end of the bar (edge) is certainly a pinch thicker, perhaps because of the method of cutting (rolled vs. sawed off). Doesn't look like they were ever chamfered afterwards either. Just chromed up. I did go in about an inch to get the measurement.
