Subject: [CR] Mirroring and/or Preservation of the Spoke Head Indentification Chart

Good Evening All!

Recently John Hurley and I launched a web-page based version of a spoke head indentification chart located at:

http://www.mrrabbit.net > Enter > WBF Card > Documents

Updates due to contributions and corrections by members, non-members and folks in the industry have been quite enlightening and generous. For example, we recently received Sapim contributions for markings used at far back as 20 years

ago. More is in the pipe in terms of ongoing email communications either between John and unnamed parties, or myself and unnamed parties.

However, it is not just enough to grab the data and organize it. Like all things computer and Internet related - it needs to be backed up. Best method for that is for multiple people to have it stuffed away somewhere.

I am requesting that Dale and the crew, as well as members of CR, take the time

to go to the above noted location and do the following:

1. Download "latest.spokeheads.tar.gz" 2. Save it as "latest.spokeheads.tar.gz" 3. And then simply forget about it and move on with daily life.

I know that sounds silly. But trust me, if the worst ever happens and the request goes out - it's amazing what people will remember.

If you can do so repeatedly every few months or so - that would be great!

Thank you and good night!

=8-)
