I'm sure others here can tell you alot more about Dave Marsh the framebuilder. He used to work at Carlton back in the day. His website is http://www.universalcyclecentre.co.uk/
I believe the Reynolds 753 renovated just means the bike has at some time probably had a respray.

Howdy folks.
I am thinking about a bike that would maybe be a parts donor, but the frame looks pretty interesting and is about my size. It has this tubing decal, Reynolds 753 Renovated (see attached), but I am not really sure what it means. Also, I didn't turn up much about the builder other than there are some track bikes apparently built by him roaming London. Anybody know about him?
