My question was due to a photo I received offlist. I now have heard from the owner of that particular bike who says: "Mazza is from Geneva, Switzerland. Apparently the builder spent some time working for Colnago in Italy, before moving home and starting out on his own with Mazza.
He sponsored some teams in the European pro circuit, and after retiring one of the riders from Team 94 moved to Australia which is how I came to acquire the pair of bikes."
