I was looking at that one myself, this afternoon, Joe. I admit that I have never seen brakes or a rear derailer like this bike has, before. The closest I have seen is a SunTour brake, I think it might have been called a "RollerCam", which came through the shop on an early hybrid bike last year. The brakes worked, but had issues where the cam plate was getting worn and unreliable. The ones on this bike look kind of like Deltas with the covers missing ! :-)
That rear derailer looks suspiciously like a SunTour "Mountech" style one, though its not exactly. Very odd components.
