I would try getting them from Ron Cooper himself. I don't his address or phone but I'm sure someone on the list does. I would be surprised if he wouldn't send them to you. I know you're in a hurry, the the purpose of the "Decal Consortium" will be to aid persons such as yourself on projects such as yours. In the meantime, try Ron Cooper; I'm sure he's a right friendly chap.
