Can anyone on the list help me revive this Patent 84' Record rear derailleur ?

all complete and in excellent condition except for one rather vital part - The top plate with the all important cable bolt mount has been sheared off !
practical suggestions, solutions and offers of the required part's to fix it would be very much appreciated, as I'm sure would the circa 84 Guerciotti it's a part of !
